JOUR 6: LIVERPOOL

Hello, I’m home and I’m going to tell you about the Beatles Museum we visited on 29th April 2016 in Liverpool. We did the visit with an audio guide, it was a little boring but the museum was really interesting and there were a lot of the Beatle’s stuff. First, we saw how the Beatles began and in which pub they played when there were teenagers, it was amazing! Then, they were rooms where we learnt about the history of every member after the break-up of the group and finally the last room was about the greatest…John LENNON! At the end of the visit we played with a game projected on the floor, it was really funny!

Hello everybody, I hope you’re good. Last April, we went to the Beatles museum in Liverpool on Friday, 29th April. It was fantastic !

Let’s start with the first part of the museum : the story of the beginning of the Beatles ! Audioguides helped us understand the visit, but in my opinion, it was’nt really useful.

We saw different instruments which were the first of the artists of the group : the first guitar of Paul McCartney and of George Harrison for exemple.

Then, the second part of the museum explained the start of their celebrity and, guess what !? We saw a perfect replica of the Cavern, the cafe where they had their first concert ! I really enjoyed this room because of the music which was very loud and the luminosity, it was as if we were in a real concert.

Next, we recognized Abbey Road, the road the Beatles crossed for the picture of one of their album.

Finally we saw biographies of Paul, John, George and Ringo on the walls and then, my favourite room, where the white piano of Lennon was exhibited with his glasses.

It was such a great visit, I hope I’ll be able to go back there one day…

Thank you for reading my article, good bye !!!
